Biography & Research:
Dr. Jiang is Full Professor of Neurology and the Vice Director of the Department of Neurology, Nanjing First Hospital, Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing, China. He obtained his MD degree and PhD degree from Nanjing Medical University. He then went on to his postdoctoral training in Alzheimer’s disease in the Department of Neurology at Nanjing First Hospital. Currently, he is focusing on basic and genetic research for Alzheimer’s disease and cerebrovascular diseases, and he is the PI of two China National Natural Science Foundations and two National Natural Science Foundations of Jiangsu Province. He has published more than 40 research papers in the field as the first author or the corresponding author. He received the 2014 International Scholarship Award from The American Academy of Neurology (AAN), and he is currently the Associate Editor of Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, the member of Editorial Board of Journal of Integrative Neuroscience, the member of Editorial Board of Brain Sciences, the member of Editorial Board of Current Medical Imaging, and the member of Editorial Board of International Journal of Molecular Medicine.
