Bsc, Zoology, Msc,and Ph.D Pharmacology, (dopamine in the frontal cortex and dopamine /serotonin interactions);
Postdoctoral studies at the Institute of Psychiatry (Huntington's and Parkinson's disease post-mortem studies), followed by work in the pharmaceutical industry mainly related to NMDA antogonists in Stroke., ending up a head of a Neuroscience genomics group. Now retired but maintaing an interest in gene/environment interactions in polygenic diseases in the Neuroscience area.
