Biography & Research:
Dr. Duncan is an avid cyclist, father and grandfather, traveler, and life-long learner. His roots are in the Pacific Northwest, but he now lives near Chico California, and provides services in Northern California. Dr. Duncan trained for seven years in Yakima Washington at East Slope Neuropsychology, under the direction of Jane Kucera Thompson. He is now in practice with Advanced Psychological Testing and he works in Paradise, Redding, Susanville, Yreka, Eureka, and Crescent City California, where he conducts evaluations and provides trauma-informed treatment of personality disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and other common mental health problems. He is dedicated to the early detection and treatment of the many cognitive changes associated with dementia.
