Biography & Research:
Cheng-Sheng Chen is the Professor of Psychiatry, Kaohsiung Medical University, and the Vice-Dean of College of Medicine, Kaohsiung Medical University, and Director of Department of Psychiatry, Department of Clinical Education and Training, Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital. He was the Chief Secretary of Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan.
Professor Chen obtained his medical degree from Kaohsiung Medical University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He pursued his MS degree in behavior science at Kaohsiung Medical University. After that he went to Columbia University, New York as a research fellowship in Department of Biological Psychiatry. Later he pursued his PhD study of medicine in Kaohsiung Medical University.
His research interests includes biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, mild behavioral impairment and neuropsychiatric symptoms in dementia.
